Authorizations

In this section are charged the cancellation requests of confirmed products, which must be authorized by a manager or administrator.

These requests are made by waiters and cashiers, who do not have the permission to remove a product directly from an account, that is why when removing, it only sends a cancellation request to the manager. Also when the waiter and cashier want to change the price, send a request for authorization.

To access this section, go to the main menu and choose Cancellations. Remember that only managers and administrators can access this section.
