# Edit Account

This section allows the edition of the accounts of tables and take-away accounts, which were already paid and closed, to add an extra expense or to eliminate erroneous payments. It also allows you to perform different operations between open accounts.

  1. Closed accounts of tables or take-away accounts are those whose product payments have already been covered in full and therefore the customer service has been completed.

Closed accounts appear in orange.

  1. Open accounts of tables or take-away accounts are those whose product payments have not been settled and therefore customer service has not been completed.

These appear in color green and their possible operations are

  • Split: Products selected from a source account can be added to a new destination account. The system will automatically create the new account with the selected products.

  • Join: All products from a source account can be joined to another destination account, keeping only the destination account.

  • Move: An open source account will be moved to a selected destination table. If the destination table has not been opened, it will do so automatically.

Also, it is possible to move a single product from one open account to another. To do this, click on an open account and choose a product. At the end of the product name, click on the right arrow icon and in the pop-up window, select the open target account.

  • Accounts can also be canceled. By doing this, your products will no longer be able to be moved or printed, these accounts will appear in red.

Closed tables or the Carrying Accounts category can be reopened by pressing the Reopen Table button. These are marked with a legend of Reopened in red and painted in orange. However, up to this point no account has been opened, so each account has a Reopen Account button. With this the accounts become green again.
